Metasphere offers a flexible, proactive approach to Customer Service, and an agile approach to hardware and software product support. We have a dedicated in-house Technical Support team to assist our customers with both hardware and software product questions and technical queries.
All reasonable Technical Support is provided free of charge. Our Technical Support team is fully supported by the Metasphere Engineering team, to ensure customers are provided with the best technical support and advice.
In some cases, it may be necessary to return a product to Metasphere for inspection and/ or repair. Please see our Product Returns Procedure (RMA) for more information.
