Metasphere provides any necessary training to customers.

We provide customised training packages to our customers, including the joint agreement of a Training Plan, outlining the training required to fill product skill gaps or enhance skills' bases.  All training provided to customers is captured on a Training Matrix and includes 'Toolbox Talks' and 'Refresher Training'.

Training can take place in a classroom with a typical maximum number of 12 participants, or on-site or at customer offices, using real life situations - typically these would be delivered to a smaller group size, or one to one.

We also provide our customers with updated product documentation whenever new features or functionalities are made available.
